WHSmith is a UK based retailer specializing in service station shops at airports, railways, metros and hospitals selling books, stationery, magazines, newspapers & entertainment products

Challenges:

WHSmith ‘s brand outreach as a niche in its segment was the main hurdle. India was a completely different market as far as customer trends & lifestyle was concerned.

Solution:

We had to come up with an innovative way of merging their products with their customer base. Travel was one of the aspects which we tried to emphasize on, promoting books, magazines, tips etc.
